Requests to return the products received will be accepted if made within 15 days of receipt and in the following cases:
- The received product is damaged;
- The order does not correspond to the one made on the website.
In these cases the return is considered free and it will be accepted only if the packaging, together with its protective film, has not been opened or damaged.
Except for products in a state of damage at the moment of delivery, those to be returned must be in perfect condition, with their original packaging, complete with any casing or accessory. If these conditions won’t be satisfied, returns and refund requests will not be accepted.
Returns can be requested contacting us at info@lucertolablu.it. In response we will send all the instructions to return the product, indicating how the refund will take place.
Have you changed your mind about the product purchased?
We will accept the return according the timing of 15 days from receipt and if the product and its packaging have not been opened or damaged.
In this case, shipping costs will be borne by the person requesting the return and refund will be issued upon receipt of the product.
